What to Expect

You can expect a warm, caring atmosphere and professional medical services when you walk through our doors. For the seamless progression of your consultation, please fill out your patient information forms in advance, and bring along a current medical insurance card, referral form, and photo identification. Arrive 15 minutes before your initial appointment for the registration process; 30 minutes if you need to fill out the necessary forms.

Sun Safety Tips

While there is no safe way to tan, there are safer ways to enjoy your time outdoors:

  • Use sunscreen in all weather:
    • SPF of 30+; 50 SPF for prolonged exposure
    • Use “broad spectrum” protection
    • Apply liberally: 1 oz. to cover the entire body
    • Apply 15 minutes before going outside. Reapply every 2-3 hours
  • Wear sunglasses, wide-brimmed hats, long sleeves
  • Apply lip balm (15+ SPF)
  • Seek shade
  • Avoid tanning beds
