Instructions on how to connect for your Telehealth visit:

1) Call the office to schedule a time for your video telehealth visit—you will need to provide us with your email to send you a link to help you connect with us.
2) We will send you an email confirming your appointment time and providing you with the required link that connects you to our HIPPA-compliant teleportal.
3) About 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, please connect with us by clicking on the blue highlighted link in your email. You should see a “Welcome!” screen when you connect. Simply enter your name and check-in.
4) After you check-in, you will be waiting “Off-line” until you connect to the nurse who will review with you any problems you may have with your connection and will then review your medical history and update your medical record.
5) Once everything is complete, you and your call will be placed in the “waiting room” queue until your appointment with your provider begins.
6) After your appointment is finished, simply hang up by using the red phone at the bottom right of your screen.
